My Heart Runneth Over

Thank you friends and faithful readers. I can't begin to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for taking the time to offer me your support, thoughts and prayers.

I held fast to your words whenever the nervousness and negativity set in as I awaited word from both appointments. But I am very happy to report that both MRI's came back negative and with good news.

In my foot, no signs of recurring fracture/adema. And in my brain, no lesions or anything out of the ordinary to report. While I still have to undergo some additional tests to diagnose what is going on in my left hand, it does not appear to be neurological or anything too serious.

I could not have imagined going through this day without your support. My heart is truly full and I feel very blessed to have you all in my life, however direct/indirect that may be.

After hearing the news, I celebrated with a gorgeous trail run on the hills. It appears that there will be many more of these to come. Thank you all once again.

Hey, dude, I'm a little late here, but so glad to see it looks like you are going to be ok. I had no idea. But, yeah, stay away from googling your symptoms. And loved the 25k race report. Pepsi? wtf?

Glad to hear it's all okay. It can be a bit scary when we're faced with the fact that we are not so invincible! But it sure makes you appreciate life in a renewed sense.
