Awesome video of Ryan Hall's 15K race in Tampa, FL from this past Saturday (courtesy of FloTrack). Overall winner - obviously, as the only elite in field - with a finish time of = 43:26, shy of U.S. World Record time of 42:22.
He's currently in training for this year's Boston Marathon and will also be racing in a half-marathon against the world's best in Haile Gebrselassie come March 14th. Best of luck Ryan!
(favorite part of video was shirtless runner #4443, trying to hang with Ryan for the first few yards)

Love the shirtless guy. He's huffing and puffin' and Ryan is cruisin'!
Hilarious. That shirtless guy ROCKS!
nice video....that hairy chested guy is hilarious...man Ryan runs so effortlessly...
Great vid! I have to admit that watching these things is so depressing - his 4:30 pace looks easier than my 200m sprint! That and his 15k is about the same as my 10k =(
thanks for the tidbit....#4443 is an inspiration :) haha, 4:44 on mile 8...insane
i love ryan hall. great video! i crinkle my race bib before every race too - guess that means i am olympic material! haha. 4443, don't think i woulda had his balls to lead ryan hall for 10 feet, maybe just hang with. he looks like he's dying already. i thought it was really cool that he went and ran the race without having to be recruited.
